Going on vacation and can't attend class? Need to practice techniques at home? Well, we've made a big push to get most of our basic curriculum recorded on video and to put these techniques on DVD. If you would like to take advantage of this and order a DVD from us, please email Matt.CNYmartialarts_gmail.com
Each DVD only contains one series of techniques (i.e. Two Hand Grab 1-5). We only ask a small fee of $5 per DVD, except with the Ki Bon Sul DVD which is $15
*Your DVD should be ready for pickup at the school within 3 days.
